The Renovation Specialists, formerly known as P & L Construction, have been serving the Raleigh area for the past 25 years. Rick Parker and Larry Lancaster, who each have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, own and manages The Renovation Specialists.

We are members of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, The Remodelors™ Council, and The National Association of Home Builders. In 2005, Rick Chaired The 5th Annual Remodelors Home Tour, and we were named Outstanding Remodelors of the Year. In 2006, Rick was the Council's Chair and we were the STAR Awards (Showcasing the Triangle's Achievements in Remodeling) Gold Winners for 'Best Historic' and 'Best Whole House over &400,000' Renovations.

We do minimal advertising, acquiring 90% of our sales from referrals and additional projects from past clients. We believe this is the best testament to the caliber and value of our services. Our philosophy is we are a "service provider" first, and secondly, a residential renovation company that operates in the construction industry.
